Power/Weapon: Raitosai uses a lance that is often on his back. raitosai's alchemy allows him to summon his lance when it is not on his back by the use of materials around him. Also by placing his palms on any surface he can form any sort of weapon from that said material. His transmutation circle is on the bracelet that he wears.

Personality: Raitosai is a person with a cheery demeanor, he loves being around other people but doesn't necessarily need them, he is a humble person who mostly gives in to the instruction of his superiors, his humble attitude makes people think that is kiss up of sorts, he does however retaliate when he us referred to as such. Raitosai has a harsh sense of humor that is usually deemed evil by his comrades, raitosai adores animals of any type, and has a sense of fatherly love for them, no matter how weird it may sound. He loves ramen noodles and onigiri.

Physical Description: Raitosai has a scar on his left eye coming down in a vertical position, he wears an all white set of clothing which consists of; a white cape covering the jacket, and all white jacket with an ancient lion head on both shoulders, and all white pants that is covering his entire foot tucked into an expensive black shoe with tiny silver spots all about it, he also sports a bracelet on each hand and wears a crown worn by his family successor.

History: Raitosai was born into a rich family and had been somewhat of rebellious child, or so he was seen, but he had been against his siblings getting everything they wanted by just asking for it and he had developed a sense of justice at an early age, their parents passed away when Raitosai was just 12 and he ended up becoming the holder of his siblings inheritance, and whatever was left of it was his, as law states the trustee of the will is not allowed to inherit anything, but this way his parents got around that law, he was the most hardworking child, so he was first in line to carry out the will, but that would mean that he would inherit nothing, and as he as their most hardworking child his parent also thought that he deserved more than his sibling, however, Raitosai did not agree with this, eventually he came to terms with the decision. When his siblings turned 18 he would give them their share. On Rai's 16 birthday their, caretaker bought him a car, Rai crashed it the day after, and almost died. Raitosai had decided that his life was too short to be running around doing nothing except being a nuisance to other civilians, he decided to join the military. Upon joining the military as an alchemist he was provoked by his comrades because of his love for animals, he would usually just shrug off the remarks and laughed with them. He had noticed the new fuhrer on more occasions than one and he grew to dislike the man due to his tyrant takeover. Due to being sent on a mission he was injured badly and scarred on his left eye by an Ishvalan, he had no hate for them but he was attacked by one of them while he was trying to help them and the man lunged at him and managed to get to cut his left eyelid, he had reluctantly used his alchemy powers and murdered the man, he was attacked by the rest of the people belonging to the home and who were also in the vicinity, he had managed to escape with little injuries other than the one done to his left eye, he had ended up killing the people that had attacked him and from that day forward he had vowed to never follow instructions to murder unless it would be or was extremely crucial and beneficial to not only one party but other races and parties as well. He had moved to Amestris at age 15 and dreamed to join the military ever since.

The bullets from the lance are a bit much and you need to tell where your transmuation circles are.

Also, not really summoning the lance. More... Creating it out of the available materials.
