Kotaro swung Godai at each chimera, the spear blade ripping into their flesh. He slammed his hand on the ground causiing lightning to BBQ the chimera to death. Kotaro glared at the figure as he began to walk away with Tosh. "Let her GO!" Kotaro pointed Godai's tip at the man in a threatening stance.

The man simply ignored Kotaro as he kept walking away, seeing no threat from him whatsoever.

Kotaro roared as he rushed at the man, about to swing Godai into his leg to cripple him.

The man brought his foot up, the tip of Godai catching into the thick sole of his shoe as he forcefully removed Godai from Kotaro's grip and throws it way, Godai landing in the dirt away from them.

The figure stared into Kotaro's eyes, a hypnotic trance coming from them.

Kotaro staggered a little as Godai was ripped from his grasp. "Damn it!" Kotaro then looked into the orange eyes that seemed to appear in utter darkness from the mans face. A strange feeling came upon him. "I...Wont...Let you..Take...her." Kotaro tried to take a step forward, but fell to his knee. "I...Go..With Her.."

The man simply looked down at Kotaro, turning away as he spoke, "Sleep..." he said, leaving Kotaro to faint as he walked away.

Kotaro fell to the ground. His head spun. “Got...To...save Tosh.” Kotaro started to crawl on his stomach, toward the figure. “I...won't...let you...hurt her.” Kotaro knew of hypnotism. A battle of wills. He just needed to find a reason to stay awake. “Give...her...back.” Kotaro continued to crawl to the man. “I... stay...with her. If she goes...I go.” Kotaro caught up to the man and grabbed hold of his ankle. “Take...me...with her.” He got to his knees. “Just allow me to follow.” He fell back to his stomach, still barely conscious.

The man sighed as he kicked off Kotaro's grip on his ankle and stared down at him coldly. "Why I am so generous I'll never know... Fine. But let the spell make you faint." he said, waiting for Kotaro to go unconscious.

Kotaro fighted for a few moments more before it had finally quelled his efforts. He lay there on the ground, his body still as a rock.

The same chimera that had eaten Will picked up Kotaro with its mouth, and placed him on its back. It obediently obeyed the man.

The man said, "Go back to the base, I will meet you there momentarily." He turned away from the chimera, waiting for it to leave.

The Chimera nodded, and ran away, Kotaro on his back.
