Abandoned Military Fort

A military fort built into the side of a large mountain. Only one main entrance and many escape routes. The walls are covered with entrenched positions for cannons, infantry or machine guns. The power remains on despite being abandoned for years. It is full of supplies that has survived the years, including food, water, weapons and ammunition.

The trucks entered the abandoned fort through the open front gate. After entering the fort, 500 soldiers exited out of the trucks. They wore red instead of blue to show they were against the military. They closed the gates and activated the power, checking the supplies and walls.

Kotaro was walking through the corridors. Its been a long time. Or so for the real Kotaro. He walked into the generals quarters and sat down, waiting for the progress report.

[Kinai]

Kinai follwoed the man to the fort and they were cleared to enter by the guards. He walks to the general's quarters and sits across from Kotaro "Hey"

Kotaro nodded. "Hey." Kotaro looked around the room. This was where he had resided as a state alchemist when he was in charge of the fort. It hasn't changed a bit. Kotaro heard a knock on the door. "Enter." Sivena entered and nodded at Kinai as she entered. "The fort is now officially under our complete control. You and Jernal did a good job covering your tracks. I saw trucks in the distance, but they didn't turn here." Kotaro got up and walked toward a small stand next to a hanging officers sword. He pushed a button on it and it expanded into a holographic stand. "Show current location and Amestris border." The map expanded and a holographic terrain of the surrounding land, showing the trucks that Sivena had spotted. "Enter 500 troops stationed in current position. Equal supplies and time we have till resupply." The map blinked and a small dial came up on the upper right corner, showing they had enough supplies for 3 weeks at the fort. "Conflict mode, set border of Fort, The Amestris forces, and Aerugo." The map divided into three colored zones. The fort and the land it watched became blue. The Amestris forces and zone became red. Aerugo's territory and any troops in sight became yellow. Kotaro looked up at Kinai. "We have a war room, but this is just for personal use. As you can see..." Kotaro pointed to the fort. "...We don't have much territory, but we're just hiding right now. Amestris..." He points to the red zone. "...holds to our northern area. They must pass through Aerugo checkpoints, but they can easily find us if we are not careful. Aerugo..." Pointed to the yellow. "...Is not on good terms with the Amestris military. We might be able to use that to our advantage." He pointed at Kinai. "I know this isn't your problem, it's mine, but can a have your help in clearing my name?"

[Kinai]

He smiles slightly. "Of course" He leans back in the chair "I am always open to help a friend"

Kotaro smiled. "Thank you." He turned his attention back to the map. "We can't risk a war with the military. I'm thinking we do guerrilla warfare, hit and run. Then, we can get the Aerugo to help us push Amestris out. After that, we can sneak back into Amestris and make our way here." He pointed to a television tower. "This is the most powerful Tower in Amestris. I can send a feed from there, but It belongs to the military."

[Kinai]

He frowns slightly "That isn't my style" He says "I don't fight like that" He was to proud to sneak attack like that instead of straight up

Kotaro shook his head. "Thats for the soldiers. WE..." He pointed to him and Kinai. "...and my old squad are going to attempt a kidnapping. The one who signed the approval for the project. His name is Brigadier general Hazkam. He is usually in his protected estate in East City, but been making recent trips to this restaurant in Central every Thursday." Kotaro pointed at the restaurant, then noticing it's the one he usually eats at. At least he has nice taste. "He will have an escort, and there will be guards on standby, but it's our best chance. Don't worry, this won't be a sneak attack, we will surround the restaurant..." He pointed at Sivena to indicate his squad. "...and take out the soldiers, afterward, we take him here for..." Kotaro gave a wicked grin. "...interrogation. I need to know why they did this to me and all the other men, and he WILL tell me."

[Kinai]

Kinai smiles once again "Well that sounds good." He pauses "But what is our set up? what are the positions" He stands and walks to the closest wall leaning against it "Am i positioned in or outside the shop and what am I to do?"

"That depends. Is your cover in the military blown? If not..." He placed a finger on the restaurant, opening up a holographic image of it's inside. "You will pose as a soldier having dinner. You will be in charge of taking out the soldiers inside. The twins..." He pointed in the kitchen, showing a back door. "...Will be guarding the back door. Sivena, you will be in charge of our escape. You will clear the surrounding buildings, and the roof of the restaurant for evacuation. Jernal will be in charge of the front door. After you clean up the soldiers inside the restaurant, you can either join him, or meet us up on the roof." Kotaro zoomed out of the inside view. "I will be carrying our guest. If your cover is blown, you will be helping Jernal with the front door from the beggining while I take out the guards inside."

[Kinai]

A smug grin appears on his face "well about that." He says with a pause "I am not for sure. I will help inside, but as far as I know they think I went M.I.A"

Kotaro nodded. “Then its your choice. We have 2 days to prepare.”

[Kinai]

"Ok" he heads to the door but before exiting he turns and says "This shallk be fun. They will think they are seeing a ghost" he laus slightly as he exits

Kotaro skook his head smiling. “Sivena, go over the plan with the others. I gotta go see someone.” Kotaro disguised himself as a beggar before leaving the fort.

[Kinai]

The day of the mission had come and kinai re entered the room and sat in a chair closest to a corner "Hey" He simply says

Kotaro nodded. His whole sqaud was there. “We have transport to the restaurant. My friend L.E. will get us past the border. Kinai, what happened when the military saw you in uniform? I trust they were surprised?”

[Kinai]

He smiles slightly "Actually yes, Word got around fast of me returning from being lost in action and they asked me to be a bodyguard for the B.G. We are capturing."

Kotaro gave a small laugh. “Thats just perfect.” Jernal laughed as well. “This guy is a killing machine in flesh and he's right next to the target.. What a break. This will be easier than I thought.”

[Kinai]

"So when shall we leave" He simply says "And should we kill or keep him alive?"

[kotaro7914]

“We keep him alive. I won't be cleared if he doesn't admit. And if we kill him, it just proves I am a murderer. We can leave immeadiatly. L.E. is waiting outside by his cart. Hop in a crate and enjoy the ride.”

[Kinai]

He frowns "Damn, why everytime we go somewhere i got to ride like that" he says before going to change into his military outfit "I think it be better if i ride up front this time."

Kotaro smiled. “Of course sir. It would be so awkward to sit in a crate.” He said jokingley. He began to head out, his squad following.

He follows and jumps in the passenger seat of the truck

Kinai drives back up to the fort in the truck he stole after leaving central and is let in. He tries not to think about the man from earlier that he fought as he walked back to the room they discussed their plans in earlier

The twins turned to see Kinai enter. “Kotaro isn't here yet, he went to find a new weapon.” B.G. Hazkam was tied to a chair.
