Physical Description: Has both his arms Automail and a scar going from his right shoulder going around his entire body.
History: Akio had lived with his family and joined the military as a state alchemist but they made him kill his family but when he refused they did it for him and stripped him of his title and he has since lived no where he just wanders around from place to place looking for stuff to do. Akio got his Automail arms and scar while in battle a soldier went rouge and attacked him cutting off his arms and slowly cutting him to torture him but the man got killed before he could finish.
Other: The soldier got killed by one of his old friends that had shot him but died seconds later from blood loss since he was tortured befor Akio.

well not to seem rude or anything but Yoyo basically told me that i could have ice alchemy if i had gotten killed (like i did) and made a new character and i did do that Yoyo basically told me that in a pm
