Personality: Joe is a quiet girl with a strong sense of justice. If she see any injustice she will not accept it. She likes knowing who she is fighting and dislikes having to obey orders. She may be quick to fire but won’t aim to harm unless given a reason.
Physical Description: long, white hair with black bangs. She is wearing a black glove on her left hand, hiding a burn she got as a child. She dislikes wearing the uniform of the military and is often seen without her military jacket as she is working.
History: Joe grew up in the outskirts of an Ishval refugee camp with her older brother. Their parents died when they were very young sending the children to live with the mothers sisters. Since Joe had a red eye and white hair she was accepted by the family but her brother with his black hair and green and blue eyes carried a resemblance to an ametrisian milliner. When her brother became old enough he went on a visit to Xing and is now living there. Joe herself stayed, not wanting to leave her aunts.
Joe now lives alone in a small apartment in central. She is living very close to the train station and likes to watch the trains come and go. One day hoping to get on one and see the world. In military school she found a friend is a girl called Lyle. However during training something went wrong and Lyle lost her legs and is currently staying at home. It’s a weakly routine for Joe to visit her friend with some flowers.
