Power/Weapon: kyroru has the ability to create anything out of ice that cant melt as long as he is touching it dew to the alchemy circle on his palms as in walls, spikes, swords, and can freeze anything solid. and the alchemy circles on his palms can work separately to create or freeze objects but hen he claps them together joining them he can create a (beam) of ice the he can control for about 5 sec to follow anything and freeze it in there trace, but its not necessarily a beam what actually happens is when he uses this ability he takes the water molecules in the air and brings them toward his hands and freezes them on top of one another thus creating a beam of ice to chase down an enemy. the weakness of kyroru is that he must always stay pretty hydrated that is why he always has water with him at all times. whenever kyroru is in extreme heat like a desert his ice is weaker and almost not worth using which is why he caries a short sword on his back for desert heat that he can enhance with ice making it sharper. his power is strongest in extreme cold and at night.
Personality:kyroru loves to joke around and with people and have fun but he can focus when he needs to be. he likes a good fight but if he can avoid it he would much rather relax and sleep.
Physical Description: kyroru isn't really buff hes skinny and has tattoos on his palms he wears a white dress shirt with the collar unbuttoned and black pants. he usually wears a black trench coat cause it can get cold using his alchemy. he wears glasses cause he cant see very far.
History: kyroru was born in central city. his father was in the research of ice alchemy but he could never use it kyroru grew up almost a normal child hood with the exception of his father teaching him about alchemy. What his father didn't realize was that the military wanted to get there hands on his ice alchemy and use it to there own means. they approached his father many times trying to get him to join there side, but his father wanted to stay neutral in all the fighting. the military didn't believe him and when he refused to help them they though he was working for the rebels. when kyroru was 13 years old the military came to the house trying to forcibly take the information by force. Before they could get insie the house his father hid Kyroru in a secret room that the military would never find with the completed research that he was working on. When the military came into the house they demanded the research that he was working on. when he refused they beat him up and then took him and his wife away. kyroru watched the whole thing threw a spy glass from the secret room. they searched the whole house not finding the secret room and not finding the research they took kyrorus father and mother away believing they were rebels, he never saw them after that. After that insedent he left the city with his fathers research. Kyroru got on a train and took it to as far as he could. the train when to a town called Resembool. he thought this was a good place to hide out and studied his fathers research. Kyroru stayed there till he was 17 and learned all his fathers research that he now knew by heart. kyroru destroyed the research so no one could use his fathers research for wrong reasons. kyroru joined up with the rebellion and they placed him within the military as a state alchemist so that he could spy on them from the inside and it was perfect for him cents he was from central and they forgot all about his father. and now we have come up to the present time
