Power/Weapon: Adept at earth/rock related alchemy. Prefers his fists but will use whatever he gets his hands on.
Personality: Vince is a hothead that acts without thinking, he's rude, stubborn and loud almost to the point of being obnoxious, but he has an uncanny knack for inciting others to act on his determination. Somehow he also got it stuck in his head that he was the 'Hero' of the Ishvalan race and was born for the sole purpose of protecting and freeing his people from racial discrimination.
Physical Description: Surprisingly Vincent has not only been able to keep all of his limbs in tact, his only scar was self inflicted.
History: Vincent grew up rather poor, but it never stopped him from having fun as a child. He was a street urchin and could always be found running around with a gang of other kids under his charge causing headaches for the adults. He learned he had a knack for Alchemy by happenstance while playing as a child. He had snuck in to one of the elder's houses and found a book on transmutation circles. But being the child he was, he merely made sand castles by hardening sand into rocks.
Despite the Ishvalan people having their land returned, when the Amestris began their 'expansion' wars, their still deeply buried flame of hatred for the Amestian people was re-ignited full force. Having recently come of age as an adult, Vince followed his father and jumped in to the resistance head first. Unlike most Alchemists who had taken the time and effort to fully study and develop their abilities, Vincent learned on the move. Taking advice from the few around him that knew alchemy and reading what few books he could lay his hands on, but for the most part Vincent's true power came out in the heat of battle. Because he and his squad mates were undertrained and under-equipped however, it wasn't long until they were overrun. Vincent and his father were of the few prisoners taken. In his cell Vincent was told that his father had been tortured to death, refusing to give any information on the positions of the remainder of the Ishvalan forces. He was sent into a fit of rage, carved a crude transmutation circle into the palm of his right hand and broke free of his cell. He immediately incited a riot amongst his fellow prisoners and began to revolt against his captures. But in his bloodlust his untrained abilities caused the whole prison to come crashing down on everyone's head. Amestris guards and Prisoners alike were crushed by the falling building. Few escaped with their lives. It wasn't until he was pulled from the rubble that he discovered the fissure in the ground that he had created, and half of the enemy base that had fallen with it. It is by that incident that he is known as 'Riot' by his enemy.
Other: Although definitely a part of the Resistance movement, Vincent does not really receive orders from the resistance chain of command. He belongs to and helps run a cell of resistance outside the main force that focus on protecting the Ishvalan people, and have been known to occasionally break free other races from the Amestris prisons while rescuing their own.
