Dante

Dante stood in front of Tosh, his eyes boring into the soldiers and the guns that were pointed in their direction. At this range it didn't matter how fast they were, if a bullet was shot, Tosh could get hurt. And they were too close for transmuting a wall. Dante gritted his teeth and raised his hands above his head. "Takashi, there's no way out this time." He said looking down.

Nero

Nero walked into the doorway as the soldiers made room for him. He took a single look at Tosh and nodded. "That's her. Prepare for evac." The soldiers he had brought with him nodded and started to prepare for evacuation of the perimeter. "You gave us a little trouble."

Takashi growled when he saw Nero walked in, giving a hateful look before he put up his hands as well, in surrender.

Tosh's eyes opened just barely, her vision blurred from the fluids use to numb the pain of the surgery and her injuries from earlier. "W..Where am I....?" she muttered, trying to look about where she is.

Nero looked at Tosh. “Miss, please come with us peacefully. I don't want to hurt you,”

Dante slowly made his way to Tosh. “Your still wanted, we couldn't prootect you.”

Takashi looked down. The fact Dante said that made his stomach go into knots.

It took a while for Tosh to process it but she wasn't sure what she was wanted for at first.

“For breaking out the inmate of Drachma sky prison, you arre scentenced for immediate punishment.” Nero said, his guards hand cuffing Dante and Takashi as well as Tosh.

Dante looked down. Again he had failed to help someone he cared for.

Tosh's eyes widened slightly. She remembered breaking Will from the Sky Prison just for being apart of his family's name. A rage boiled inside her but she was still somewhat immobile. All she could do is make a face.

Takashi looked over to Dante, a sympathetic look on his face. "Don't worry..." he said.

Dante stared at the cuffs on his wrist. “Whats her scentence?”

Nero looked at Dante. “Since she has eluded the military, she will now help.”

Dante glared at Nero. “How?”

“She's going to do an errand for us.”

Dante looked down again. Now he had endangered her.

Tosh laid her head to the side. She had to help them with something. Perfect. She silently sighed.

Dante's eyes widened. “Kill someone, torture your friend, or be the one tortured at the prison....”

Tosh's eyes widened in horror. "What kind of punishments are those....?" she thought, trying not to think about those scenes.

“Punishments made to those I decide to let live.” He said coldly. “Dante helped me before, so I won't have you killed, but you will be punished harshly.”

Dante looked down. “I'll be the one tortured.”

"N-No... I'll be punished..." Tosh said weakly. She didn't want Dante to feel more sorry and suffer more. She didn't care about her current condition.

Takashi stared at Tosh like she was crazy.

“Now which one of you two will torture him. Your all being punished for hidn-ing a fugitive. One of you will torture Dante, the other will kill an inmate.”

Dante looked at Tosh. “In your condition you won't survive torture.”

Tosh looked to Dante with weary eyes, ignoring Nero. "But this is my fault anyways... Even though I don't regret what I did, you two shouldn't have to suffer..." she said meekly.

Nero shook his head. "They've harbored a fugitive. It's either this, or execution, now choose, who will torture him."

Dante stood up and walked over to Tosh. "It's all right Tosh. I'll be fine."

Takashi sighed. "I guess I'll do it..." he painfully volunteered.

Tosh looked up sadly at Dante. "But...." she started. She was at a loss for words and tried blinking away tears.

Nero nodded. "Then she will kill a fugitive." He motioned to Tosh. "Escort them to the trucks."

Dante hugged Tosh. "I'll be alright. Don't worry about me." He said as he was pulled from her by the soldiers and escorted to the trucks.

Tosh couldn't help but worry as Dante was pulled away from her. The tears started pouring down her cheeks as she closed her eyes. She opened her eyes up to Nero who was at her bedside and narrowed her eyes.

Takashi was escorted to the trucks as well, mumbling and cursing for Nero's death.

Dante was shoved into a truck and was quickly accompanied by Takashi. He heard her curse and shook his head. "You have no idea Takashi. He's going through quite a bit right now."

Nero looked at Tosh and held out his hand. "Come on, I'd rather not force a friend of Dante's." He said, his voice calmer and more gentle.

"Hmph." Takashi only said as he sighed, thinking of the consequences awaiting them.

Tosh turned her head away in defiance. "Screw you...." she responded. "I have no idea why you would go after me even though the person I helped escape is dead now." The flat way she said it made her heart ache a bit, remembering Will.

Dante looked at Takashi. "His wife was turned into a human chimera and her intelligence and memories wiped. He's been trying to fix her for months."

Nero shook his head. "The law must be upheld. To be honest, I should have killed you on the spot, but since Dante helped me before this will do. No your either come peacefully, or I'll drag you to the trucks."

Takashi pondered over it for a while. He did a combination of a sigh and groan. "I do feel a bit sorry for him, but it's not like I'm going to become all chummy like any of this won't happen..."

Tosh thought it over some before she sighed. "Fine. I'll cooperate... But just to let you know, I can't walk right now."
