Power/Weapon: A large reinforced katana with 4 topaz jewels with beads and feathers at the end. There is an alchemic signature on the hilt which enables wind pressure with the sword to make it 5x stronger, but the force makes the jarring impact 5x stronger too.
Personality: Hiraku is a very forward person, though not many people talk to her. She has a strong sense of justice and morale, though sometimes it gets clouded by anger and vengeance for both of her people. The only time when she is not so forward is when there is a large obstacle (whether it be a puzzle or fighting) she tends to go around it or wait until she gets an idea before doing anything rash. She has a habit of smothering cute things and her true girliness shows when she shops for metal decorations for her hair, clothes, neck or ears.
Physical Description: Her handicaps is that she loves metal decorations(practically drools over them), she looks like a man, and has horrible eye sight. (but refuses to get glasses)
History: Hiraku doesn't know that she was born in Xing with an Ishvalen mother and a Xing father. She was given her fathers name due to how little she looked like him. Due to the war she was shipped back to Amestris for her to be trained for the resistance but was intercepted. An Ishvalen colony found her in a ditch playing with a necklace with her name on it. Which she still wears.
From then on she grew up with the Ishvalens and fought in the resistance. Soon after her 10nth birthday she was sent to Xingese man that was trusted and learned about Alcahistory and Alchemy. After her 15nth birthday she left both the man and her colony to see history for herself. Since then, she has been treated very poorly due to her mixed race and only walks in the night now. She does not know that her colony had been wiped out 3 weeks after she left by the military.

I see, and she has an alias because if she went y her regular name they would know she was Xing. At least when she goes by Rita, they would think she's ishvalen instead of both xing and ishvalen.
