Lior's Secret

"Wow! Is it hot or what?" said Kotaro, following his new employer. Pvt. Bulson Fisk turned to face him with a smile on his face. "I told you before we left that it would be a tough journey. I thought you mercenary types were supposed to be tough?" Kotaro turned to glare at Bulson. Great, I hate comedians. I thought this would be a pretty open and shut job. I transport this military private with a message to Lior and back.

Kotaro took another drink from his canteen. "So how far till we reach Lior?" he said. Bulson turned to Kotaro with a frown. "What, you don't see it? It's right over there." He pointed to a group of buildings that seemed to rise from the sand. Kotaro clapped his hands. "Great! lets go, I need some food!" Kotaro took off running. "Hurry up!" he called over his shoulder. Bulson frowned as he began to run after the small mercenary.

"Whoa! Look at that!" Tosh exclaimed behind the two people, amazed at the buildings emerging from the sand. It was quite a sight to her at least.

Kotaro took no notice to the third person in the party. He just continued to run toward Lior. Bulson however was surprised. "What the hell...where did you come from?" he said scratching his head.

Tosh looked at Bulson, tilting her head to the side a bit curious. But she waved also not to be rude upon her greeting. "Hi! I'm Toshii! But everyone calls me Tosh. Did you do that?" Tosh said pointing to the buildings called Lior.

Bulson turned to Lior, noticing how the buildings seemed to rise from the sand. As understanding donned on his face, he heard Kotaro shout. "Hey! are you coming or not? You do have to deliver that message!." Boulden frowned as his guard continued to run off toward Lior. He turned to Tosh. "Hello, my name is Pvt. Bulson Fisk and no, I did not do that. Lior is just commonly surrounded by sandstorms, making it hard to see."

"Oooooooooooooh!" Tosh said nodding and understanding. She looked at the buildings again, excited to go explore. "Can I come?" she asked begging.

Bulson motioned to Lior. "If you want, I just have a message to deliver. You are free to come with as long as you can stand my big friend over there." Bulson motions to the shrinking Kotaro.

Tosh nods somewhat in a frantic way and pumps her fist, eager and anticipated for adventure. "Alright!" she yelled before descending into the air, gliding towards Lior with the use of her wind alchemy.

Bulson stared wide eyed at Lior as he entered it. It had healed up nicely over the years. "Look, a resturant! let's stop for a bite." Kotaro said already heading toward it. Bulson frowned once again. He turned to Tosh. "You hungry? I apologise but I must stay with my guard. Although rude, he is one of the best, and I need to get this message to the priest safely. I am sorry I'm getting off topic. Are you hungry?" Bulson was stumbling over what to say. He waited for Tosh to answer while Kotaro sat down on a stool.

"Oh sure! I'm always up for food! I haven't really eaten for 3 days, hehe." Tosh said scratching the back of her head nervously but shrugged it off as if it were a daily thing, which it was.

"Three days!? Come here, I'll buy." Said Kotaro motioning to a stool. Bulson Turned raised his hand in a dismissive gesture. "I need to deliver this message. I'll meet you back here." And with that Bulson turned toward the temple. Kotaro turned to the chef. "Give us something big, this little one here needs to eat!" he said.

Tosh chuckled a bit in a goofy way and jumped up on the stool, licking her lips, her famish feeling sinking in as she smelled the food, drooling. She perked up when he heard Kotaro called her 'little'. "Hey! I'm not little..." Tosh pouted.

Kotaro raised his hand in a dismissive gesture. "Fine, lets just eat." he said as the food was lain down in front of them. Kotaro licked his lips as he spied the roast he ordered. "Now this is service!" he said as he began to dig in."

Tosh stared at the roast Kotaro had ordered for her and drooled but she stopped when she noticed something was missing. She reached into her bookbag and pulled out a small bag off cookies. She speared each one in the roast and picked it up. Opening her mouth wide, she stuffed the entire roast within her mouth, chewing some before swallowing the meaty and sweet mound.

Kotaro was halfway done with his roast when he heard a familiar sound. BANG! A gunshot, not 20 feet away. He quickly got up and took out Godai. He turned to Tosh. "Unless you know how to fight, stay down. I would rather avoid casualties today." Kotaro begins to run toward a group of men surrounding a single individual.

[Toshii]

Tosh got an anger vein on her temple, a bit offended by the statement. "Just what is that suppose to mean!?" she shouted at Kotaro, running behind him.

Kotaro turned toward Tosh. "Look, these guys have guns, and I don't want anyone to get hurt. Now I am sort of a professional at these things, so if you CAN help in any way, please tell me quick so we can stop this." Kotaro wait's for Tosh to respond.

[Toshii]

"I'm an alchemist! A wind alchemist actually!" Tosh said before smacking Kotaro upside the head, running faster, passing him.

Kotaro looked wide eyed at the girl as she ran toward the group. Wind alchemist! Damn this might be easier than I thought. OW! that actually hurt! Kotaro rubbed his head as he ran after her.

Tosh clapped her hands together, glaes of winds swirling around her arm with the black fingerless glove with a transmutation circle etched on it.

Kotaro clapped his hands together, feeling his Automail as the transmutation circle on it began to glow and as blue sparks began to erupt around him.

Tosh glanced back at Kotaro, smirking. "Hehe, pretty cool." She said descending herself into the air above the crowd of gunmen.

Kotaro grinned at Tosh as she glided into the air. "Not bad yourself." he said. The gunmen had noticed him now. quickly he raised his hand, and three bolts of lightning rose from the ground striking just as many gunmen.

[Toshii]

"Cool!" Tosh said watching the array of lightning shock the gunmen. Tosh swiped her hand through the air, a tornado starting to form above the gunmen, sucking them up into the twister.

Kotaro saw the twister and a worried expression came to his face. "Hey, be careful! You sucked up the one they attacked!" He shouted. Kotaro turned to the man flying through the twister and recognised the small figure. "Bulson!?"
