Flower Park

It wasn't a big park, but it wasn't tiny either. There was a small meadow of flowers; some of them were shaped to form arcs, some as pillars.

There were many different kinds of flowers surrounding the whole park. There were wooden benches that had flower carvings as designs.

Resha loved the park. This place was one of the few areas she goes to when she's able to go out from the office.

She saw a pretty dark blue flower and stared at it, smiling. "It reminds me of you, big brother..." she said a bit loud, thinking no one was with her and that she was alone in the park.

The park was perfect. A good place to go to escape all the ugliness in life. And most of the people. She walked slowly around the gravelly walkways, letting her mind wander. Turning a corner landed her right next to a young woman who appeared to be speaking to one of the flowers.

"The next time we see each other, I'm definitely bringing you here," she said, laughing to herself.

She loved flowers. They were pretty and strong. Plus, they smelled wonderful! She took out Omnom, her frog, and placed it on the bird bath. "Now, don't get in trouble and stay there, okay?"

[Toshii]

Tosh poked herself from behind the birdbath, smiling at Resha. "Hey Resh!" she said smiling.

[Dwyrin, Resha, Tosh]

Dwyrin gasped in suprise, "You!" she said, pointing to Toshii, completely blowing any cover she may have had.

Resha was going to say hi to Tosh but someone shouting made her turn her attention elsewhere. She saw a woman pointing at Toshi.

She blinked and tilted her head sideways.

[Toshii]

"Me!" Tosh said pointing to herself and blinks.

[SamSeven]

They were both staring and blinking at her. She had been in such a complete daze, that seeing someone she recognized had thrown her off.

"Weren't you the girl with the deer??" she asked Toshii.

[neon kun]

Resha blinked. "D...eer?" she then felt a warm flurry of excitement in her. "You had a deer, Tosh?? Wow!"

She then turned to the girl who knew Tosh. "Hello, are you a friend of Tosh? Won't you like to join us?"

[Toshii]

"Yeah! I am Dwyrin! And yes I did Resh! I eated it!" Tosh said proudly.

[SamSeven]

"We've met before," she answered the girl in military uniform, "Join you in what, exactly??"

[neon kun]

"In company, of course," she smiled. "It would be a pleasure to have you."
She petted Omnom and spoke. "I'm with friends, so don't do anything like hopping off somewhere. Big brother won't be happy if you became missing."

"Oh, and Tosh," she smiled brightly. "Wow. A whole?"

[Toshii]

"Yup! And I ate it in umm... 7 swallows!" Tosh said smiling.

[SamSeven]

The idea had never occured to her before. This was ususally a place to be alone. But perhaps, it would be alright to have company. Maybe it would even be pleasant.

"Well, alright. I can't stay for too long, though." She looked at the amphibian in the girl's hand, "If you don't mind my asking, where did you pull that frog out of??"

"My, you have quite an appetite, Tosh!" she said amazed and when she heard Dwyrin - as she heard from Tosh - Resha smiled, glad that she accepted. Even though her brother always told her to be wary of people, she just couldn't do it.

"That's quite all right," she said, "I'm really happy you said yes."
She looked at Omnom who was behaving properly, looking at Dwyrin.
"This is Omnom," she smiled, placing it near her cheek. "He's my pet - a very precious friend!"

[Toshii]

"And cute!" Tosh chimed in, petting Omnom."

[SamSeven]

"A precious friend, huh??" She leaned toward the frog to get a better look and could swear the frog had mimicked her motion - on a smaller scale. She raised an eyebrow and straightened, dismissing the idea. Glancing to the left, the blue flower the girl had been preoccupied with caught her attention. It was a lovely dark blue. "Military blue," she mumbled to herself.

Ace carefully picked some flowers from the park. He knew any moment now a miss could go by and he'd be ready with a bouquet in hand.

[Toshii]

Tosh poked her head over Ace's shoulder as he picked flowers. "What are you doing??" Tosh blurted out at Ace.

Ace swung low and bowed to the girl. "My my, hello! I just thought I'd pick some flowers and hand them to a beautiful maiden such as yourself."

Ace handed the young girl the flowers. "Alas, you are a bit young, but you deserve to know you're beautiful as well."

[Toshii]

Tosh gasped at teh flowers as she took and hugged them. She blushed a bit at Ace's comments and smiled at him. "Thanks a lot, uhhh... mister?" Tosh said trying to choose her words.

"No problem, madam," Ace said and spun around.

"So what's your name?"

[Toshii]

"Toshii! But everyone calls me Tosh." Tosh said putting on her trademark grin.

"What a name! I think I will call you, Toshii, if you don't mind. I find it an exquisite name!" Ace gestured with both hands.

[Toshii]

Tosh chuckled. "Thanks! I likes it too, but I just say Tosh just to make it easier for people. But sure, you can call me that if you want!" Tosh said looking at the vibrant colored flowers.
