In the silence of the night Dwyrin worked at establishing her new place. Ace had been kind enough to grant her this space and she hadn’t even told him what it was ahead of time. Of course, it was wholly possible that he already knew, somehow. It didn’t matter, she told herself as she carried yet another stool up the stairs. It was perfect. A place where people would come – no matter their status, affiliation, race etc. – and a place to make money. She couldn’t be more at home.

The setup was coming along nicely. Gazing over the room from behind the bar, it looked symmetrical, if nothing else. The short staircase came up in the middle of the room, and there was a railing around the area to keep people from falling through the hole, into the room below. A few round tables sat on either side of the stairs, with five chairs around each. The wall opposite the bar was taken up, mostly, by a huge window overlooking the street. To her right were the bathrooms and a door that led to a room she had not decided on the purpose of, yet.

Hotels are popular – even if just out of need – so why shouldn’t there be a tavern above one??

Tosh wandered into the apartment building, taking in the atmosphere and settled some. "Wow, he has a nice apartment." Tosh commented, looking around.

Kinai enters the building wearign his resistance armour and swords as in avitar "...." he says nothing as he looks around searching for Ace

Tosh sat down on the floor, secretly pulling out teh forged Philosopher's stone and the bits of the real one.

kinai was walking across the room when he nearly trips over the unkown person but he catches himself "What the..." He says when noticing the philosepher stone

Will walked in. Will wanted to get a good look at the place. Maybe he would rent a room and save Rei the trouble of staying with her.

Tosh fell over keeping a firm grasp on the philosopher's stones. "OW!" she exclaimed.

He crouches down next to her whispering her in her ear "May I see that?" He says pointing "In your hand"

Will noticed Tosh.

"Hey Tosh!" Will called off.

He then noticed the other guy.

Tosh immediately shook her head, sweating. "Nope! Sorry! We're closed! Have A nice day!!" she frantically said, rushing towards Will.

He slowly rises from a crouching to a standing position and walks over to where she ran "I ask once more. May i see that" He says in a raspy metallic voice

Will didn't like the voice of this man. He seemed real focused on getting the stone, so Will took it into his hand, leaving Tosh the shards.

Tosh spun around besides Will, clutching the stones tightly, putting on a serious face. "No!" she declared defiantly.

he starts laughing slightly but it is an emotional laugh noticing will took the full stone "I have no interest in the stone just the shards" He said noticing the whole stone was a fake. He felt like the shards were calling to him

"The shards?" Will thought.

"The shards are useless."

Will said this, but still, he was serious. Will slipped the shards into his leatherskin pouch filled with water.

"Sorry Tosh" He whispered to Tosh.

a wicked smile stretches across his face "If they are useless why do you put your life at risk to hold onto them?" as he finishes the sentence he slowly pulls out oine short sword undetected because he is wearing a garb over his outfit to hide his resistance symbol and it hides his hand movement

Tosh growls as she grabbed Will's hands and ran out teh apartment building, propelling into the air and gliding swiftly to somewhere.

Tosh peeked inside the apartment place, looking around for that guy that wanted the stone. When she did not see him, she rushed in and walks around, looking for Ace.

He awakes from his nap and slightly stretches "Hello" He states knowing tosh was not the one with the fragments anymoree
