She didn't know who he was kidding, she certainly had no such notion. Dying was the last thing on her mind. And she was sure he was crazy, now. But sometimes that's what it took.

The sword was exquisitely crafted, and a pleasure to be able to see. The philosophers stone in the middle seemed to add a sinister air to it's beauty. She took a moment to admire it, then backed up her chair and stood.

"At this particular junction, I can't say you've caught my interest," she shrugged.

He laughs slightly "Yea that kinda what I figured." He sheaths his sword again "There a very few still fully commited to the resistance anymoe"

[SamSeven]

She walked across the room, thoughts swirling. "How can you be so sure??"

[Kinai]

"Just have your eyes and ears open at all times" He said "Then yo uwill be able to figurte it out

[SamSeven]

Eyes and ears open?? Who does he think I am??

Dwyrin smirked and turned to face him fully. "You think yourself commited, then?? You claim to cut down friend or foe. Who's to say that one you take down wouldn't have been the one to turn the tide of this conflict??" she asked in light tones.

[Kinai]

"I strike down all my enemies regardless. They only cause mor econflict. I strike down my allies when they turn there back on me or my friends. They are the ones who are not commited." He states emotionless as if killing a friend was nothing "They have to be ready to die for the cause if they are true"

[SamSeven]

She was unsure what it was about this man that made her question his motives so. But she couldn't help it.

"What good does dying do?? If I die, I cannot serve my cause. I wouldn't like to think that upon my death, my duties may be trusted to someone who may turn out to be a useless fool. You also, cannot do what you set out to do if you're dead."

[Kinai]

He laughs slightly outloud "I know, but If no one is commited their lives then how do we get anything done? you have to be strong to live and so far that is what i am and i have served my purpose" He gets his equipment on "And even if no resistance members join the raid on the the ishvalan base then I will do it alone" He looks out the window "I will try my hardest and succeed or die trying"

That was good to hear. It was reasonable. Not the part about a raid being conducted alone, but the part about being comitted. If no one did anything with passion, how would anything get done??

"Is there any chance you would slightly alter the goal of this mission??" she asked curiously.

[Kinai]

He stands there as he finishes getting his equipment on "What do you have in mind?"

[SamSeven]

"Well, I was thinking that if you could wait to actually 'take the place' , as you put it, it might be better to gather information on this trip and then bring in a select few people to accomplish what you originally had in mind, on second trip. Which is just a suggestion of course," she added. Remembering his earlier statement, she said, "Tell me about this lieutenant business."

[Kinai]

"well when i was a kid and my parents were slaughtered i joined the resistance. They put me as a spy in the military, i worked years to go from private to a Lt" He says

"I am not sure on your idea. If we were to be seen on the recon mission then they would lock the place down for sure"

[SamSeven]

Leaning against a wall, she watched him equip himself. She couldn't help but laugh. "Not being seen isn't that hard. But keep in mind that if you attack and fail because you had no idea of the situation you are walking into, there won't be a second chance. Not for you, anyway. Do you still have these connections in the military?? Is your identity still uncompromised??"

[Kinai]

"yes" He thinks " the only people who know of my identity as a military personel is my friend kotaro but he lost his memory" He says staring out the window "And yes I know of the risks but I am ready for what ever comes at me. Success or Death" He states as if it was nothing

[SamSeven]

"Well, if it's important enough to you, you'd think to have a plan." She shrugged. "But that's fine."

She pulled her weight off the wall and made to leave. "Oh, by the way, be careful about that sword. It's more than it seems."

[Kinai]

He smiled "I am not known to have a plan" He heads behind her to the door "But if i don't succeed you will not hear of an execution because i will fight to the last breath"

He grabs the hilt of his special sword "Don't worry i am full aware of this Sword"

[SamSeven]

She tensed as he put his hand to his weapon. It was a dangerous sword. A powerful one, and she wondered if he really did know as much as he thought. She wondered if she did.

"I hope to not hear of such a thing," she answered his first comment. She hoped not to hear about it because if she did, it would most likely be because she would then have to go in after and clean up his mess.

[Kinai]

He laughs "Don't worry if I do die I will make sure that base will no longer be in service"

[SamSeven]

He was very cocky.

"If you get far enough." She walked the rest of the way out the door, into the bright sunlight.

[Kinai]

He laughs one again before yelling "Hey." he stands there "Before I go you want to spar?"

[SamSeven]

She smirked. "Now, that's something not very many people ask me. But it seems like I'm at a disadvantage here. I am weaponless." She stretched her arms above her head, then out to the side, already deciding - weapon or no - on a good work-out.

He thought for a moment "Well what is your alchemy? My deals with swords and blades"

[SamSeven]

"Alchemy?? I don't have anything specific, I suppose. But I'm pretty good at reshaping things." She looked around for something she may be able to use, and spotted the rain gutter on the house. "You don't own this place, do you??"

[Kinai]

He stares into the sky "It belonged to my parents before they were killed so please don't mess it up. We can go to the outskirts of the city"

"That's fine," she said gesturing in front of her. "Lead the way."
