Nothing but an eerie silence went about the dark area. Soon, the light started to shape into a rectangular figure; a door.

Dante stared at the light as it began to change in shape. It soon became a door. He slowly walked up to it and gripped the knob, turning and opening the door, almost fearing what he would see behind it.

Tosh felt like she couldn't breathe as some sort of black, thin spike had pierced her chest. No blood, no pain, just emptiness, like she was fading away.

Dante looked into the room the door lead to and saw Tosh. "Tosh! Damn it!" He ran over to her. "Tosh! Can you hear me?"

Tosh grasped onto the shadowy spike, lifting herself up. "GAHH!" she screamed out, just not feeling the pain of it. She slowly looked to Dante, a blank look in her eyes almost. "K-Ko...taro..?" she muttered.

Dante nodded, but the blank look he saw in her scared him. "Yes, itsme Tosh." he said softly.

"Sorry, I tried fighting it off but..." Her eyes widens as her eyes flashed a purple color.

"Dead?~" the voice interrupted her, causing Tosh's eyes to widen.

As soon as Dante heard the voice his jaw locked and anger swelled in him. "You bastard." He said gritting his teeth. "What have you done?"

Tosh's scalera turned black and her irises a dark purple as her hair soon changed a black color, the blackness completely absorbed in her body. She fell over, limp and seemingly lifeless.

Dante's heart stopped at seeing Tosh's eyes and hair change. "Tosh?" He said quietly as she went limp. He reached toward her, trying to touch her arm.

As soon as the hand had touched her, the voice came from her mouth, sinister and evil. "You mean, me?~" she chuckled slowly as she sat up with her hair draping over her face.

The voice wasn't Tosh's. Tosh's was gentle and caring. This one was dark and sinister. He felt his heart sink. "What did you do to Tosh?"

She chuckled some more, her smirk being seen. "Oh she is safe inside of me~ Well... if you want to be technical." She finally lifted her head, the pupils of her eyes slit and menacing. "Safe inside herself~ Hehehe~"

Dante wasted no time in his actions. He reached to grab Tosh's neck. "Give....her....back." he said menacingly.
