Resha blinked. "Ayaaaa, I don't know either!" But she proceeded to boil some water. "Still, we need that disinfectant! Don't give up, Theta! Alpha, get her in that bed!"

Media sighed. "Fine," she took his hand and stood up, wincing. "I can't even tell which part hurts. Ugh!"

Proto came back up. "He kicked me out of there!" he tried to ease the tension.

Theta opened the last cabinet. "Found it!" She ran to the bed with the disinfectant as Alpha placed Media on the bed.''

"All right, bear with me Media." He placed her on the bed.

"Why did he kick you out?" Lira asked.

"Great job, Theta," Resha smiled, bringing the hot water and some towels. "Alpha, keep her in place. This... isn't exactly unpainful," she blinked when she saw the big gush on her stomach. "Not looking good," she said and unzipped Media's leather shirt.

Proto shook his head. "I don't know, Lira. He's being all secretive and stuff."

"Yayysss!" Theta clapped.

"I got her. Hold on Media." He held her still.

Lira frowned. "Thats strange."

Dante looked at the screens and sighed. "Someone tampered with the body."

"Theta," she said in a hushed voice. "Can you go check on Kotaro? This is unsettling."

She looked at the whimpering Media, the gush on her stomach wasn't normal, the rims of her wounds were turning black, and seemingly spreading upwards.

"If this thing scars," Media said, panting. "I'm going to kill Seta ten times over," she said, struggling from the pain.

Proto nodded. "It is," he said. "Any idea why, Lira?"

"ok." Theta said quietly as she walked over to the hidden entrance.

"You will have to get in line." Alpha responded to Media.

Lira shook her head. "No, sorry."

Dante opened up Silus and prepared to release him.

Media laughed at Alpha. "How cute," she gritted her teeth, huffing. "But I'm definitely the first in line. ...Crap, this pain isn't funny." Sweat and tears blended.

Resha dabbed a soaked hot towel on the rims, cleaning the wounds. Media screamed. "I don't have the proper meds and equipment," Resha said. "But..." she watched as the blackness slowly spread. "Poison doesn't work on Media... so this can't be poison..."

Proto worried for Media but Alpha and Resha were there. He wanted to find out what was going on with Kotaro. "Right. You didn't even know about us or what was below this cottage."

"KOTARO!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!" She cried as she came down the steps. She saw Silus. "Who is that?"

Alpha sighed. "What did he attack you with?"

Dante turned around and cursed. "Silus."

Media cursed. "A sword, I think; it was dark, I could hardly see his movements. He was so fast!" She groaned. "Resha! That hurts!!!"

Resha was startled, and used the disinfectant. "Sorry, sorry! But, uhm," she said. "Those aren't normal wounds. Have you seen anything like this before, Alpha?"

Proto followed down after hearing Theta's scream. "Silus?" he popped out, asking Kotaro. "Man, what have you been doing?"

"Oh **** me." Dante sighed. "Silus is an artificial human being."

"Kotaro during battle, his skin would change just like this when he was angry." He stared strangely at it. "But what is it?"

Theta cocked her head. "Artificial?"

Proto raised an eyebrow. "Why are you suddenly into this kind of thing? Does Resha know? She's going to be mad at you for this."

Media groaned. "What does that mean?!" she said, not liking how her skin is turning out. Resha shook her head. "I'm not sure," she said. And she tried to heal the other wounds before that weird one. She was successful but without proper meds and equipment, she could only do so little.

"It's been since I found out I was a clone. I immersed myself in these studies to try and understand what I am." He looked at Silus. "He's a bodyguard basically."

"Bodyguard?" Theta was confused.

"Yeah, it was strange. Every time he lost it in battle it would spread from his right hand." He shook his head.

Proto whistled. "Creepy, man," he said. "But seriously, I never thought you'd be following in the footsteps of our creators.. respectively, anyway."

Media groaned. "Okay, okay, so what are we supposed to do? It's getting hard to breathe!"

Resha was startled again. "Oh, I am not familiar with it. I know of it vaguely, but I really... am not familiar with the details." She bandaged Media's wounds and tried to stop the bleeding of the huge gush. "I could stop it but the blackness won't stop spreading!"

"Its just a thing to help me understand." Dante said, heading back upstairs.

"Well, I guess your right." Theta said following.

Alpha cursed. "If only we knew what the hell this was!"

Proto shook his head but kept quiet. Whatever it was he was thinking about, he could keep thinking about it. If he didn't want to tell more, that's his decision. He wasn't one to pry anyway.

Media screamed. "I don't want to die!" she groaned, huffing, breathing becoming harder.

Resha looked at Alpha and Media worriedly. "The wound's closed," she said after stitching it, Media having to bear with it without anesthesia. "But the black thing won't get out."

Dante heard Media and ran toward her, seeing the black wound. "Zental." He gritted his teeth then pointed to Resha. "Go get some cold water! NOW!" He placed his hand on some of the black. "Its in stage 2."

Theta looked worriedly at Media. "I hope she will be ok."

Resha smiled, glad to know someone knows what's going on and got ice-cold water.

"Mind sharing what's going on?" Proto asked. "How eventful our awakening. It's not even half a day!"

Media groaned. "It hurts!!!" she said, her voice hoarse, now that the black thingy were on her throat too. "I can't... breathe!!!"

"NO TIME TO EXPLAIN! I need some wood and any type of metal. Now!"

He took the cold water and put it on his hand. He then placed it on the black and transmuted it into ice. The black slowed its spreading. "Hurry!"

Everyone was on their feet and gave Kotaro what he needed.

Media looked as if she was going to die any minute, now quiet, and breathing raggedly, with much much difficulty.

Dante took the wood and metal and placed them upon eachother, transmuting them into a red material. He placed it on the black part of her skin and what looked like steam rose as the black began to recede. Soon it was completely gone. "huuhggh. Done."

Resha smiled, happy. "I'm so glad."

Proto pushed them all away, unable to contain himself. "Sheesh, Media!" he hugged her. "That was so reckless of you!"

Media bonked his head lightly, she had no strength left right now. "Silly. My bad. Thanks, Kotaro..."

Dante nodded. "Anytime. That was a close one. I thought I fixed that glitch." He shok his head. "Looks like I only postponed it."

"What, what?" Media asked, trying to sit up. Clutching her stomach; the black thing may not be there anymore but the wound was still fresh.

"Media, don't strain your wound," Resha said and Proto bonked Media. She ignored them. "But I got that black thing from Seta and speaking of which, where is that bastard?!"

"He is being scanned in a tube." Dante said. "He's dead again." He looked at the wound. "She's right, don't stress yourself Media."

"Dead again?" Media asked, ignoring them. "Can you please explain this with more details? I'd appreciate it," she said, leaning on the wall and realizing for the first time, she zipped back her shirt.
