I wonder if we should intervene.. Maybe for the moment I'll pretend I didn't see anything. Dwyrin deliberately turned around - toward the table and began searching in earnest for some rare treat.

"The palace usually puts out some excellent food. Here, try this." She handed Rei something on a stick. "So. What sort of mishchief do you suppose we can get into tonight??"
