Central Sewer's

Kotaro left his house carrying his new contact's address. It had been 3 weeks of grueling jobs, but he had finally got a hold of where to find Motaro. The only fix was that the man was in a cell. Not a prison cell, but that of a gang of automail junkies. Kotaro pocketed the address and continued to walk to the building marked as the gangs hideout. This better be worth it. he thought. I will finally avenge Slyde. Kotaro walked up to the door and knocked. A large man with an automail arm answered the door. "You the trader?" he asked. Kotaro grinned. "Something like that." he said as he raised his hands and clapped them.

The door burst open as it was transmuted into a steel block a few meters away. Kotaro walked in calmly as a group of thugs approached him. He cracked his neck. "Who's next?" he said.

Kotaro clapped his hands once again and slammed them on the floor. A large hole appeared beneath the group of thugs. "AARGGH!!" they screamed as they fell into the sewer's. Kotaro turned to see the body of his newest contact slumped on the floor and covered in blood. "Beaten to death." He told himself. Kotaro than looked closer. There was a note in his hand. Kotaro took it and read it carefully. The sewers lead to Motaro? To the right, toward the lights. he thought as he read. Kotaro jumped into the sewer, landing on one of the thugs. He turned to the right. Multiple lights were strung up on the walls. Looks like I have to trust the note. Kotaro thought.

Tosh popped up behind Kotaro, making a shrieking sound to scare him.

Kotaro fell flat on his face. He quickly got up and looked at the newcomer. "Tosh!? where... how... what?" He couldnt find the right words.

[Toshii]

Tosh chuckled and made humming noises before answering. "I followed you Karo because I was curious at what you were doing is all~ Tehehe" she chuckled once more.

Kotaro looked at Tosh and gave her a puzzling look. "How did you find me? And why would you follow me into a sewer?" Kotaro finally dropped his shoulders in defeat. "Well, if you must know, I am looking for Motaro." he said.

[Toshii]

Tosh dropped her smile and studied him for a moment. She sighed and said "Well, here." Tosh said handing Motaro a small bag wrapped with a light blue cloth.

Kotaro took the bag. He looks at Tosh puzzled. "what is this?"

[Toshii]

"They are bags of cookies I baked! I am giving them to all the new friend I made recently!" Tosh said laughing and smiling warmly.

Kotaro smiled as he put the small bag on his belt. He then turned to Tosh with a serious look. "Tosh, listen, Motaro may have seemed nice back at Lior, but it's just an act. He used it to get close to Slyde before he.." Kotaro trailed off. A tear rolled down his cheek, but he quickly wiped it off and dug into his pocket. "Here, take this." Kotaro held out a rectangular device with a large button on it.

[Toshii]

"Huh?" Tosh said taking the strange device. She eyed it carefully, especially the button.

Kotaro noticed her confusion. "Its an alarm. Its connected to my wristband. If you ever see Motaro, press the button, and i will be there quick."

[Toshii]

"Ahhhh, okay then, I got you." Tosh said depositing the alarm into her left pocket.

Kotaro turned to enter further into the tunnel. "Dont trust him Tosh." he said. then he walked toward the row of lights in the tunnel.

Footsteps echo in the darkness behind Kotaro and Tosh. Kotaro is too far to notice.

Tosh was following close behind Kotaro, very wary of everything around her. She topped and looked back, hearing the footsteps.

The sound of hands clapping together enters Kotaro's ears. He turns. "Tosh? what are you.." As he turns he sees he and Tosh have been trapped in a concrete cage. The man who trapped them approaches them now. Kotaro catches a glimpse of the mans eyes. "Motaro!"

[Toshii]

Tosh looks all around at the concrete cage and looked at Motaro. "You!" she said.

Motaro's face holds a dark expression. "Sorry Kotaro, but I have had enough of you chasing me." Motaro takes 3 steps closer to the cage. "It's time you face the truth about Slyde's death." he said. Kotaro glares at Motaro and claps his hands. Motaro holds out his hands and holds up a crimson crystal. "Use alchemy, and this will amplify it to where the whole city block will collapse." he said. Kotaro grunts as he realises the whole contact was a set up, and he got Tosh stuck in it. Motaro took some steps back. "Kotaro, now you learn who really killed Slyde"

[Toshii]

Tosh's eyes widened. "NO! Don't tell him!!" she cried out.

Kotaro turned to Tosh with a puzzled stare "Tell me what Tosh?" Kotaro felt like he was being betrayed. Motaro's face held no emotion. "Tell you that I didnt kill Slyde. It was someone in the military. I wasnt in the military, remember?" Kotaro's head began to ache. He remembered chasing Slyde, trying to save him from... from.. "It was a military soldier." said Kotaro.
