Tosh took Kotaro's hand in hers. "I would like to help, if thats okay." she said willing to do anything to help.

"I don't think there is any way you can help Tosh. Kyte is dead, I killed Kairo, Kinai has become hostile, Resha has run off. I'm wanted by the mob." He sighed. "I would just be putting you in danger.

Tosh's eyes widens when she heard Kyte was dead. Even though she hasn't known him long, she felt bad. "You killed Kairo...? Why?" She thought about Kinai and became worried of Resha. She shook her head adamantly. "No Way I'm letting you go through this alone!" *she clutched Kotaro's hand. "We're going through this..." She stated, keeping her bold eyes on Kotaro's.

Kotaro shook his head. "Kairo was slowly dying by some sort of disease. He made me promise to fight him to the death. During the battle I tried to talk him out of it, but I couldn't stop him. He was too determined." Kotaro Closed his eyes tight.

"I don't want to put you in harms way Tosh. I can't take another one of my friends getting hurt." He looked down. "Especially you."

Tosh hugged Kotaro tightly, laying her head on his chest. It felt a bit cold but somewhat warm. She closed her eyes. "You're not putting me in harm's way, I'm deciding this myself. Because I don't want anyone else getting hurt... especially my friends and..." she opened her eyes. "Family."

She then chuckled. "Besides, doesn't love make us do crazy things?" she said.

Kotaro hugged her back. "I guess it does." He felt a tear coming but he fought against it. He wasn't going to cry. He had no tears left to shed.

Tosh hugged tightly some, closing her eyes again. "It may feel cold at first, but it'll be warm soon..."

Kotaro nodded. "I know, but still..." He kept his voice dry and face free of tears. "...The cold is when the worst happens. And it is still cold."

Tosh took one of Kotaro's hands, holding it tightly in hers. He was right. His hand felt cold and lonely. "Then let me warm you..." She said, reaching up and presses her lips against his.

Kotaro felt her lips touch his. As they pulled away, Kotaro looked down. He din't feel cold anymore, but he still felt like he was losing all he held dear.

Kotaro stood up and smiled at Tosh. "Tosh, I don't even know where to start. I don't know where Kinai is, Resha has dissappeared. The mob is always changing location..." It seemed hopeless.

"Hmm... Well lets just focus on Renee for right now. And while we are looking after her, we should try and retrace Resha's footsteps. Maybe check her office?"

Kotaro followed Tosh. I wish I could talk her out of helping me. But her minds set. He sighed and entered the room Renee was in.

"A doctor said she came to him with a concussion. But I think it was a lie. She said she blacked out in the basement."
