"Im saying im making good and quick process. By the time Durin's a adult, I'll be able to do more then just ensnare and trap hunters, and Durin may become a lil smarter"

Durin chirped loudly, puffing up

Will smiled and chuckled, scratching the back of his head.

Durin took this chance to jump off, tear off a piece of pancake, run off with it, and eat it.

Tosh walked in whistling a happy tune, seeming more brighter than she was the last time she was here. She looked around to see if anyone was around, going by the bakery and grabbing some cakes and muffins for later consumption. She started walking up the stairs. "Hello?" she called out.

Hearing somebody call out in the bookstore, Rei left the kitchen and descended the stairs leading to her store. "Can I help you?" she called as she walked through the bookshelves. When she reached the main area, she stopped and smiled.

"Hey, Tosh. Haven't seen you in a while."

Tosh rubbed the back of her head somewhat embarrassed by her absence. "Sorry, i had to handle a few stuff." she said. "By the way, did you get the research you wanted from my books?"

"Somewhat," Rei said, going behind the counter where she stored Tosh's books. "There's a lot there and it's pretty complex. But I think the rest of what I learn about it will be from experimentation." She held out the books for Tosh to take. "Thank you for letting me look through them."

Tosh nods taking the books and setting them in her bookbag. "I might be going away for a bit." Tosh started settling herself down in a chair. "The Resistance needs some help and I heard there's a guy around here I got to meet. I think his name is Archie or something..." Tosh thought it over and gave up, taking out a piece of paper. She unfolded it and read it. " 'Ace Dreamz' " she read.

Rei closed her eyes and took a breath. "Last time I saw him, he was wandering off down the street with his store in a briefcase," she said, crossing her arms and looking away from Tosh. "I wish you luck in finding him."

Emi entered the bakery and held her breath as she ran across the room, trying not to inhale the scents. She reached the stairs and skipped up them reaching the top stopping quickly and letting out her breath.

Tosh tilted her head to the side at Rei's attitude towards teh question but shrugged it off. "But I said soon. So I'll be sticking around." Tosh said stretching and getting up. She started walking towards her room but stopped. "Hey Rei. I just wanted to ask... do you think I'm a burden being here?" Tosh asked as quiet as a whisper, her chest feeling a bit heavy. She shook her head and headed to her room before Rei could answer.

Rei stood in shock as Tosh ran away. Once she recovered enough to move, she made a mental note to talk to her about it. She turned to her new customer; it was the ice alchemist.

"Welcome back," Rei said, offering her hand. "I never caught your name last time you were here. Mine's Rei."

"Nice to officially meet you," Rei said to the unusually flamboyant girl. "Do you need more books or have you come to just dance with them?" she joked. "Hey, Zergio. Welcome downstairs."

"Yeah! You too! Me needs more books, to dance with yeps! Yays!" Emi saw Zergio come downstairs. "Ohhh, nice person! Heyas!" She had now stopped clapping and was just waving her arms as she spoke.

"I never said you did," Rei said, winking at Will. She walked over to the nearest bookcase and looked through some of the books. "Would you help Emi find a cookbook that has some good curry recipes, Will? I'll look for that fiction book."

Will went and scoured the shelfs, quickly finding the book

"Yeah, some of my veggies could be used to make your curry. Plus, some people love a egg with their curry~"

Will grined at Rei.

"Dontcha mean are, not did?"
