((Time skip to the next morning))

Eltore, Lucio, and Alisa all woke up at the same time. Alisa got changed first, then Lucio. Eltore sat at the foot of Resha's bed. It was 5:30am. "Signora Resha, it's time to get up," he said, kissing her cheek.

Resha woke up from the feel of someone kissing her cheek and she screamed in surprised, forgetting where she was for a moment and who these people were!

They all laughed. "Resha, Resha, relax. It's me, Eltore. Come, it's time to run the course. After that, you have battle practice with me. Do not worry, I will go easy on you."
Alisa smirked at Eltore, "Silly boy, she will never learn anything with you pitying her like that. She needs to fight a real opponent."
Lucio countered in Resha's defence, "I have seen how she reacts to being forced to fight. It would be best if she was fighting Eltore going easy."

Resha blinked. She remembered now! "Oh, good morning everyone," she bowed. She turned to Eltore. "Okay," she said quietly, especially after hearing what Alisa said.

Fighting... I'm dooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooomed!

"Alisa, Lucio, do what ever the hell you want today. I'll be training Resha."
Eltore went into the bathroom and got changed before rushing out to wait for Resha.
Alisa kissed Eltore on the cheek, more of a sign of "I hope she's right for you" than anything else. Lucio had already left to watch the tavern upstairs.

((I think i'm gonna hit the hay for now.))

Resha went into the bathroom to fix herself up, she really felt dread more than anything. But she sucked it up, because she had to.

Still, Alisa's words were still aching in her chest. "I'll just see how things go," she told herself and went out.

Keixth stood outside the tavern.
Hidden by a mask that covers his mouth and a tattered cloak.

"where the hell is zane?" keixth said impatiently.

Zane neared Keixth in a mask. "Sorry for the wait, had to set up something."

He fixed the mask properly and turned to move towards the tavern.

"You ready? I'll just be behind you."

"yeah i'm ready" Keixth fixed his cloak.

and decided to go inside the tavern.

When he was inside it reeked of booze. and. . . women!?

Zane tapped his shoulder lightly. "It's fine," he said, his voice low. "Are you not used to taverns? This is how it's usually is."

He looked around. "I'll be waiting till you find a way to wherever she is. Good luck."

"wait. . you're leaving me here!" keixth said.

A thousand thoughts ran through his head. "We can't force our way till we know how to get in," he said. "And let me handle the women. You do what you have to."

Eltore led Resha back to the training room and gave her a crossbow with 12 bolts, 12 throwing knives, a broad sword, and a dagger. "The rules of this test are simple, Resha, take out all the dummies, without being caught by their sensors. If you are seen or heard by any of the dummies, you must start again. Because this is your first time taking the test, you have 2 hours to finish," Eltore told her, just like she was at an exam.

Alisa soon joined Lucio up top, and their job for the day--as usual at the tavern--was security.

Resha nodded. "Okay!" she took in a deep breath. I get two hours, wow. I think he did it in seconds but, oh well! I'm really not fast.

"Please tell me when to start," and she took the things she was given. And for some weird reason, she felt as if something bad was about to happen.

Probably failing so bad is what!

Keixth then walked towards the bar.

and sat infront of the bartender.

"hey bud, have you seen a girl this tall with silver hair and has a pet frog?"
keixth asked. lowering his voice.

The bartender tensed. . and seemed uneasy.
keixth was alerted but stayed in place.
"uhm. . no... . i haven't seen no girl that description, mate" the bartender said stuttering.

"are you sure?" keixth asked once again.

Zane just watched from the corner, leaning on the wall. His hands were crossed and his head slightly bowed, but he was also trying to single out who were suspicious and who weren't.

Among the many people in there, he found two most suspicious. The bartender is the third, but he's no threat.

Eltore watched his pocket watch tick by.
Lucio was behind the desk, sitting patiently thinking, Nothing ever happens around here...
Alisa on the other hand, was keeping an eye on Keixth. If he get's too inquisitive, we're going to have a problem, she thought.

Resha ran but stopped abruptly, hiding behind a wall not to be sensed. She was nervous and her hands were shaking but she took out a dagger and she went out when she thought the coast was clear, and threw the dagger. She didn't know if it was luck or what, but it wasn't difficult. It hit the first dummy's head but the second dummy caught her with its sensor.

She sighed. "That... was so fail," she scolded herself.

Keixth sighed " oh come one dont be so tense bud! i'm only asking~"
Keixth leaned over to the counter.
and pointed his gun.
He then turned serious. "If you don't say the truth i'll pop this gun into your insides" keixth whispered.
"now what was your answer again?" keixth said.

The bartender was sweating from the pressure keixth had set on him.

Zane almost laughed but just kept a smirk, his coat covering half of his face. He vaguely remembered this kid's sadistic tendencies.
They better answer him soon or this will get messy. But for once, I don't care.

If Resha truly was in there, he didn't even want to think what was happening.

Eltore laughed, "It's okay, try again."

Alisa and Lucio noticed the gun. Lucio threw a throwing knife at it, disarming the man. "Signore," Alisa started, as a good 20 more assassins swarmed in, "leave the tavern. If you return, we will take matters into our own hands. And believe me, it will not be pretty."

And she did. She tried again. But failed after the second dummy again. She tried one more, and she got past till the fourth dummy. Then failed.

She lost six of her daggers, but her hands still continued to shake. She took out the crossbow but she didn't even know how to use it. So she opted to what else she could use but failed at the sixth dummy. By then, she was tired. And she was still nervous.

"I'm sorry," she said to Eltore, annoyed at herself. But she had to do better, she reasoned.

Keixth turned to the one who threw his gun off.
"and who do we have here?" Keixth said.
then he bought his other gun and shot the guy square in the head.
"Do not. . mess with me. when i'm negotiating."
then he quickly slide over to the bar to retrieve his other gun.

Zane let Keixth do all the work - he had enough faith on the kid's skills and he'll step in when he had to, as a last resort.

They could be just protecting their tavern - now he's sure it was a hideout of some sorts. He didn't know what it was called and he didn't really care though it was the first infiltration he did recklessly in years.

Keixth was pissed off, or at the brink of. And that guy who disarmed him paid the price. As the kid retrieved his gun, he felt his dagger, making sure the kid's back was safe.

Lucio fell. Dead. "Well...there goes one less pervert in the brotherhood," Alisa said, disappointed. She slammed her foot down and a loud alarm sounded. Soon, the only people left in the tavern were Zane, Keixth, Alisa and about 300 other assassins. Each one had their crossbows and knives at Keixth. "Then it is your head."

Eltore heard the gun shot. "Resha! Come, you must go to our quarters. I've to secure the tavern."
