"There's Dwyrin," he told Renee. "She's good with businesses. Though personally, I don't like guns. So turn this into a bar."

He waved at Dywrin. "Fancy meeting you here, but I gotta go."

"Resha's better off hidden from the world," he told Kotaro in a whisper before he left.

Renee looked at the woman who randomly walked in, and Kotaro, who said he'd buy the place.

"If your good with business, then all I need to do is bring my guns, and you can sell them, while I sell this place to this person here.

Renee looked at Dwyrin.

"If your both OK with that."

Kotaro thought about it. Dwryinn would get the building to with what she wanted. He would get the weapons inside the shop into Zero's store which had been given to him. It had been doing well these days, and a new supply of guns would help business even more. “It sounds swell to me. Dwryinn?”

In a whisper, Kotaro told Renee; “After this, I need to speak to you privately.”

"That simply won't do," Dwyrin said silkily. "How am I to profit being nothing more than a middle-man??"

Kotaro had walked in a second after her, and somehow he knew Zane. "I didn't think I'd see you in a place like this, Ko."

Renee smiled at Dwyrin.

"This building isn't all that expensive to purchase, and when you got it, you will be able to do anything you want with it. Think on it while I talk with my business partner, kay?"

Renee pulled Kotaro to the back room, where they had some privacy.

"What was it you needed to talk about?"

Kotaro held up 2 fingers. “2 things. First, what have you heard about human chimera?”

“second, Before Zane left, he said Resha should remain hidden from the world. Any Idea why he would say that?”

She had tried not to listen. Honestly.

The girl had told her to consider, and so she had. There had to be some way to utilize the building to it's full capabilities... Then the murmur of voices made her ears perk up like nothing else could. Chimera??
But that wasn't her business, really.
But Zane and Resha. They might be my business..

Renee put up two fingers back.

"First, nothing. I avoid anything like that."

"Second, its a natural reaction of a big brother. He doesn't want her out in the world where she could get hurt."

Kotaro cursed. “Well, thats back to square one. Damn.”

“I think its something more. Keeping her trapped in a place like that. I don't like it. I wouldnt let my sister remain in there even if it protected her.”

Her curiosity flared and she wondered why Kotaro was looking for chimera. Surely, they couldn't be that hard to find??

Once more her attention was brought to Resha. She'd met her once. Zane had said little about her. What was she being protected from?? Or maybe it was Resha who was the dangerous one and it was everyone else that was being protected.
You never knew.

Renee shook her head.

"We don't know anything, Kotaro. Its best not to rush to decisions."

Renee returned to the counter, and to Dwyrin.

"Does this building suit your interests?"

Kotaro knew he shouldn't assume anything, but what type of brother leaves his sister and has her kept in a lab. It pissed him off. Resha had always talked about seeing her brother, and he wanted to stay away from her.

Another thing was the human chimera. 2 bodies merged together with both souls. He had encountered one at the lab.

Kotaro felt his anger rising. He quickly ran outback of the store and pulled out a piece of metal. He transmuted it into a large block. Screaming, he punched the metal continuosly, breaking through it with only a few jabs. But he didnt stop til the metal was a bunch of pieces on the floor. His hands held no bruises.

"At this point in time, I'm not sure it does. I have nothing I'm selling, you see, and customers that might come looking for your craftsmanship would be very disappointed."

Any answer Renee may have started to give was drowned out by a scream of anger and frustration. She stood and calmy walked through the store (and the backroom, though she was sure she wasn't supposed to) and came out the back to see Kotaro, panting, staring at chunks of metal littering the ground.

Renee was about to answer as well, when she heard the yell as well. She followed Dwyrin, a lil displeased she went into the backroom, to see the same scene.

Kotaro stood over the pieces of metal on the ground. He felt no pain in his hands. Just a deep sadness for Resha. He raised his right hand. His heart skipped a beat. There was no skin covering it. He ripped off his right sleeve, revealing his right arm as a skinless piece of flesh. Suddenly where the skin ended, the same dark skin that covered his left arm began to surround his right.

Without thinking, she jumped forward, taking the ring from her finger. She pressed it between her palms briefly, creating the circle, them thrust it onto Kotaro's right ring finger - or what there was of it. In less than a second, it seemed as though healthy skin was sprouting from beneath the ring, to work its way up Kotaro's arm.

Dwyrin knew it wasn't coming from nowhere. It was either his skin - thinning somewhere else to compensate for the space it was covering now - or hers, being pulled from the spot where her flesh had come into comtact with his.

The two opposing shades of skin met. Everything stopped and she dropped her hands at last. There was a thick ribbon of dark, ashy skin around Kotaro's bicep. Below that; skin slightly paler than his own. She stared at his arm for a moment, before leaning against the outside wall of the building, not sure what she had done. She wondered if the alchemy would hold.

Renee had no idea what was going on. Kotaro's right arm seemed to had been skinned. She saw Dwyrin perform alchemy to save his skin. The moment Renee saw the circle, her eyes widened and she ran back inside, closing and locking the back door, forgetting the front door was accessible.

The new skin Dwryinn had created on Kotaro's arm suddenly burst into flames. He screamed in pain as the skin burned away and was replaced with the black skin. His back erupted into flames shortly after, his shirt and coat burning off. He fell to his knees and screamed in pain. In a matter of moments, his entire back was covered in the black skin. He was breathing heavily, one of his eyes seemed to become pure white, no pupil visible and no veigns. Soon his other eye did the same and he fell to the ground.

She had no idea what to do.
No one had ever spontaneously combusted in front of her before.
Especially somone wearing her ring.
She gaped at the human fireball as he fell to the ground.

Renee heard Kotaro's screams. She didn't know why he was screaming, but she hid in her room, in a corner, covered by her blanket.

She just wanted all this to end.

Zane watched from outside. Someone was on fire literally. But he didn't do anything - it wasn't like there was anything he could do anyway.

He wasn't a fireman.

The flames on Kotaro's body suddenly extinguished. His body lay motionless on the ground, his entire back and both his arms covered in the black skin. His eyes which now looked like empty white orbs held nothing in them. It was as if there was nothing there.

Crouched against the wall, she called out, "Kotaro??" His body was black but had not been completely consumed. She wasn't sure she wanted to approach him yet, though.

Where had that girl gone?? She may have been some use in this situation, Dwyrin thought.

The screaming stopped. Renee didn't hear anything. She slowly crept to the window and looked out of it to see what was going on.
