Throwing knifes fly from the entrance of the temple piercing two of the soldiers killing them almost instantly. "State your business here" He said with a slight chuckle "that was a warning shot. The next ones will kill the rest"

As the soldiers fell Dante's hand had already unsheathed Zero and fired 3 shots toward their direction. "You plan on killing my men although they aren't doing anything harmful? We are simply here to restore the old fort."

Kinai is hidden behind the walls of the temple and his anger rises as the bullets hit the temple "Your kind isnt welcome here. Not after what they did to this place" He said talking about Ishval generally

Kinai unsheathed his short swords and stabbed them into the ground and transmuted them as blades shot from the ground all over and started to hit some of the soldiers. Some of the wounds were not fatal because he did not know exactly where they were at

As the blades emerged from the ground, Dante's hand had hit the ground and transmuted the blades into their separate elements. Now instead of swords, their was multiple small particles of the man elements swords were made of. "Kinai! I know its you!" He said transmuting a wall around his men.

"your men are not welcome here" he said as he still hid behind the cover "Just because there is a wall doesnt mean I can't hit them"

"I know you can." Dante said already halfway up the steps to the temple, Zero in one hand, Slyde in the other. He leaped and landed next to the wall Kinai was in. "But I won't have you kill my men. I've changed since we last met Kinai."

He quickly transmuted his hands into claws and was ready for a fight "I already told you." He said

Dante swung Slyde in a diagonal arc, heading toward Kinai's chest, Zero following toward the head.

Dante placed his hand on a nearby pillar and it thinned out into a wall. He then placed Zero at it and fired through it, so Kinai couldn't see where the gun was aimed.

When Kinai seen the wall was created he also created a wall that was 2 foot thick which blocked the shot. After the shot was fired and detered the wall kinai made crumbled and he wasnt there anymore. Instead he went out a tunnel he made and reached the outside where the soldiers were

Dante saw the tunnel after destroying his wall and had a pretty good idea where it was head. He placed a hand on the temple. “Kill a single man and I'll demolish the temple Kinai!”

Kinai had a soldier raised off the ground by his throat and when he heard what kotaro said he instantly droped him "..." he says nothing as he steps back away from the soldiers a couple feet

Dante glared at Kinai and kept his hand on the temple. "We were never going to do anything to the temple Kinai! We were just going to fix the fort! Your revenge means nothing to me, and it never will! So stop being so impulsive!"

Kinai turned to kotaro and had pure rage in his eyes but suprisingly he kept it under control "You know the military is not welcome here or for the matter even in the city"

Dante shook his head. "The only thing they want is to rebuild the old fort, and we need a base to do it from. This temple was just a place to use as a landmark. We weren't going to do anything to it, so calm the hell down!"

"Do you think I care of the military's intetnions?" He started walking torwards kotaro. When he reached him he grabbed his wrist and slung his hand away from the temple "You are aloud in the temple. they are only aloud in the outer halls of the temple"

"They were never going to enter it, under my orders. Like I said, this was only a landmark so the building crew could find us and help build the fort." He said yanking his wrist from Kinai's grip.

"Your lucky we are friends or I'd kill you on the spot." Dante said walking towards his men. "Start setting up the camp. Set up a perimeter as well as the command tent!"

His men nodded and started to unpack the trucks as Dante observed them.

Kinai sat on a small wall at the entrance of the temple closely watching the men and mkaing sure they didnt harm the temple whie doing their jobs

After an hour, there was a long row of tents in front of the temple. The well had been tapped and water was suplied as well as rations.

Dante nodded in approval. “Remember! Anyone who sets foot in the temple answers to me.”

Kinai chuckled at his comment "No" He said as he stood to his feet "You are guests in my land" He said with a brief pause "So you shall answer to me"
