Rei pulled her automail arm out of Ace and watched him slump to the ground, blood pooling in the grass. She transmuted her arm back to normal, sad that she had gotten blood on her coat. "Oh well, at least I'm finally rid of him," she said, shrugging. She left the clearing with all the dead bodies to return home, explaining to those who asked that she could not remember how she had broken her ribs.
